Heavy fire at a home in Roosevelt

The NCPD reports the details of a House Fire that occurred on Sunday, April 17, 2022 at 3:35 pm in Roosevelt.
According to Officers, a 911 call was received for a working house fire at a Frederick Avenue residence. Upon arrival, officers were notified by four (4) occupants who safely exited the house, that an additional male was inside. Officer Gotti, Officer Bogan and Officer Scott entered the house and proceeded to the second floor to preform a search for the trapped victim. The officers navigated heavy smoke, located the male and removed him to safety.
The rescued male, 29, and two additional males (23 & 36) were transported to an area hospital for smoke inhalation and evaluation.
All three (3) officers were transported to an area hospital for smoke inhalation and evaluation.
The Roosevelt Fire Department and Uniondale Fire Department extinguish the fire. A Nassau County Fire Marshall and Arson/Bomb Squad Detectives were on scene.
