Two students busted for gun possession at Flushing High School

The NYPD reported two students at Flushing High School were arrested for bringing guns into schools. The incident was reported on Thursday morning around 12:30pm.

The firearms were discovered during a bag check, police said. 

There are no metal detectors at the school and a total of 4 security guards for 1,700 students.
