Two separate road rage incidents in Queens and Long Island

On Saturday around 11:30pm, police were called to the Long Island Expressway eastbound reporting a road rage which resulted in a hit and run. This is by the Utopia Parkway in Fresh Meadows.

The suspect driver took off and police are now searching while conducting an investigation.

Around 8pm on Long Island, the SCPD reported road rage inside the parking lot in West Babylon, Suffolk County.

The incident started on Route 109 and both drove into the parking lot on Edel Avenue to continue their dispute. This is when one of the drivers allegedly ran over the other driver.

EMS transported the driver to a local hospital.

Police are now searching for the driver suspect who took off after the incident.

Both incidents are under investigation.
