Two separate fire incidents on Nassau County

Yesterday around 7:30pm, the NCPD reported a fully involved car fire, a white BMW 325i convertible inside the parking lot on Marcus Avenue across the Lake Success Shopping Center. EMS reported minor injuries.

Around 2am, firefighters reported a fire at a home in Floral Park. This is on Daisy Avenue near Mayfair Avenue. A couple who lived in the home were removed and EMS treated both on the scene. Two others also removed and one was transported to a local hospital with injuries.

Both incidents remain under investigation as to what caused the fire.
