Two separate bank robbery investigation on Long Island

The SCPD reported a lone suspect targeted two banks in Suffolk County for robberies. The first incident was reported on Monday at a local Flagstar bank in West Babylon after passing a note and taking off with undetermined cash.

Then on Wednesday, the same suspect targeted another Flagstar bank in North Babylon. Police described the suspect as male, race unknown, bald with a beard wearing a dark jacket.

Then took off in a vehicle toward an unknown direction.

EMS reported no injuries to workers or customers at both locations.

So far no arrest.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - The suspect is in custody. Police say this is the 8 and 9th bank robberies after serving time for 7 earlier bank robberies.
