Two long towers coming in Kew Garden Hills

The lot next to the local 107th Precinct is all set to begin construction for two long towers in Kew Garden Hills. The listed address is 71-12 Park Avenue near Parsons Blvd. This will be developed by the Marx Development Group.

The company stated it will be 47 stories with 800 apartments. 

Permits were filed in 2019.

The construction is expected to be completed by 2028.
