Two locations in BK and QNS lockdown details

The mayor and governor's office confirmed the 2016 election map is genuine and original affidavit by both NYS and NYC Board of Election.

On the left is the 2016 NYC election map. On the right are the zones that NYC mayor and NY governor are forcing into a second total lockdown.

According to mayor's office, three locations, Bed-Stuy, Yorkville section of Manhattan, Elmhurst and the Wakefield section of Queens have the highest COVID above Kew Garden Hills and Borough Park but not listed for spike. A spokesperson stated those locations are under review until more data is available despite they started before the hot spots listed. Since March, Elmhurst has the highest spike in NYC.
