Two locations added as low income housing along with old ones

Congratulations to Bellerose and Glen Oaks, now a low income neighborhood according to the Mayor's Office. Thanks to Creedmoor soon to have affordable housing all set to expand the public programs to make it a busy area. One part of Queens Village is already listed in the same category which is by the UBS Arena.

A new deal has been reached by allowing less structure and density from the original plan while adding more social services with taxpayer funds with the Governor's office and Empire State Development. The housing for the mentally ill will be lowered to 20% from the original 35%. However, that will increase with more programs when the new elected officials take the offices as the demographics and budget allocations change in the future.

The plan of 2,800 housing units will soon start the construction with more transportation and other services to make it a busy place for Queens Nassau border. The Governor is pleased with the efforts moving forth on schedule with so many possibilities.
