Here is the $5.5 billion just like that to expand Resorts Casino and the same with the Flushing location 99.9% can come up with.

So easy for those behind the Flushing and Ozone Park prospects.

As for Bally's in the Bronx, credit from private institutional investors has finalized a $1.1 billion loan which will refinance debt and fund the license. After the capital announced the support of the $4 billion project, this came easier after a failed debt amendment attempt previously. They have $160 million in cash, billions due in the coming years and the NYC casino supposedly costs $4 billion has many wondering hmmmm over the Empire Casino in Yonkers who was the clear front runner. Could it be a time to change the Bronx to the new from old. Hey it's close to the water overseeing Whitestone, Flushing, Corona, Bayside, etc section of north Queens.

Maybe new towers, boats, ferries and bridges connecting between the Bronx and Queens like Brooklyn and Staten Island did today.
