Train and car incident on Long Island

Around 12:45pm this afternoon, the LIRR officials reported a train struck a vehicle at the railroad crossing. This is in Manorville on Wading River Road.

EMS transported all the injured to local hospitals.

The Ronkonkoma route was affected and it's now working to restore continued traffic after using bus shuttle services.

The investigation continues.
