Towers continue to rise in Jamaica

Developmental sites continue to expand in Jamaica, the third booming market after Long Island City and Flushing.

Sutphin Blvd is the heart beat for the new wave of residents where an average rent for a single bedroom is (GULPS) $3,000 per month.

Its now a demanding market; more locations are up for sale exclusively only for developers and investors from private equity companies. The next one on the market is two corner spots,

97-15 & 97-31 Sutphin Blvd, auto shop and car wash, listed at a combined price of $11.3 million with NY Space Finders.

After residential units, hotels are the next one targeting lots around the transportation convenience area.

The fourth one for redevelopment is Corona, BABY, followed by Bellerose connecting around the UBS Arena.

The NYS Governor is upset with private equity buying up homes over future homeowners raising the prices making NYC very expensive. Well, they fund the local elected officials to change the zoning and the City of Yes is the one to watch out for after the Mayoral election.

These five areas are now listing brand new apartments with one bedroom starting at $3,000 per month.

Excellent.
