Commissioner to future Mayor of NYC hmmm

The NYPD Commissioner announced a new section called Quality of Life Division. The Commissioner stated crime is down with ComStat that tracks activitities in NYC. The same method will be applied toward quality of life issues from homeless people, encampments, noise complaints and much more involving non criminal nuisances by people.

Now comes the new market for that.

Non profits focusing on public safety by fighting crime through community service, neighborhood safety, school patrol and the best one, cultural exchange through compassion, love and dignity by using taxpayer funds. More people are now creating nonprofits by applying for funds with the city to combat quality of life issues.

Many insiders are speculating the current NYPD Commissioner is prepping to run for the NYC Mayor position by adding more programs to expand the voter base.
