Tobacco law will become effect in NYC starting January 1st

Mayor di Blasio signed more tobacco bills to control the selling of products in NYC. Starting January 1st, in order to sell E-cigs, stores must have license. This is for only existing retailers and no new licenses will be issued for new businesses. Coming to tobacco and tobacco related products, most pharmacies in NYC once their license expires in 2018 will not be renewed to sell. The law is to curb one million smokers in NYC and di Blasio believes there will be effect to cut down.
