Times Square suspect still at large

Police are continuing with the investigation working around the clock to apprehend the suspect wanted for shooting in Times Square. The suspect, male, black was arguing with 3 others when he took out a gun going off hitting 3 bystanders including a 4 year old female. The 4 year old and her mother were visiting the area from another NY borough. The other female shot, 23 year old tourist from Rhode Island is now in stable condition with a bullet lodged in her leg for life. She was visiting the city with her husband and 2 year old. The 4 year old was unconscious after bleeding out at the place of shooting. There were no upstanders but all ran away from the scene. Police arrived quickly and due to crowd control, the ambulance was delayed. Then EMS alerted the city's medical examiner which prompted multiple police officers refusing to stand idle. Instead took the girl and ran to the ambulance. They went along with the girl to Bellevue. Instead of waiting for blood banks, the officers gave out blood and she regained consciousness. She was then rushed to the surgery and the bullet was removed. Both daughter and mother are in stable condition as of now. The NYC mayor was celebrating his 60th birthday yesterday. Also, as of last night, 3 murders in NYC with 1 in the Bronx and 2 in Manhattan.
