Three suspects wanted for attempted home invasion in Hollis

Police are reporting of attempted home invasion in Hollis. It happened on Sunday, November 19 around 2:45pm on 197th Street near Hollis Avenue. Police reported from surveillance video obtained one suspect was walking around with a package and then rang the door bell. When a 50 year old male opened the door, the suspect tried to push his way in but the victim resisted. Another suspect was outside with a BB gun and shot the victim hitting his leg. Another suspect hiding behind the fence was on the lookout. Police reported all three suspects are males, blacks in their early 20's. Ongoing investigation.
