Queens man beaten and kidnapped by group of thugs

Police are reporting a 27 year old male was kidnapped at the intersection of Hook Creek Blvd and 149th Street in Rosedale. It happened on Sunday, November 19 around 4am. The group of suspects blindfolded the victim and beaten when asked for money. The victim replied he didn't have any money and was taken to his home where his girlfriend and a child was sleeping. The group took off with the woman's purse after ransacking the home. Then they took the male victim again and dropped him off at the corner of 88th Street and Liberty Avenue. The victim managed to call police and was taken to a local hospital with injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
