Three people shot in Stop and Shop in West Hempstead

Police closed off the Stop and Stop lot in West Hempstead after 3 people shot with bullets pierced inside them. 1 dead and 2 in critical condition. This is at 50 Cherry Valley Avenue. Hempstead Turnpike is delayed with traffic in both directions due to police activity. Area is on lockdown. ESU is working on the scene. Ongoing investigation. The suspect took off in public bus heading to Queens. Reported five to six shots heard inside the second floor of the manager's office by employees. The alleged suspect identified as Gabriel DeWitt Wilson, 31 former worker of the supermarket. The dead victim is a 49 year old male. Update - The suspect took off westbound Hempstead Turnpike according to NCPD. The suspect is male, 6'2" wearing a black baseball hat and a black sweatshirt
