88% of the suspects arrested on gun charges this year are back on the streets in NYC. More than 95% of the shooting victims in NYC are minorities. NYC has seen 1,756 dead and additional injured shooting victims since January 2020. The NYC mayor still says the city is the greatest safest city with crime down.
