Suspect in custody for the homicide in Long Island

Police arrested Dionicio Calderon-Oseguera, 62, of Copiague after investigation accused of homicide and three others wounded in a shooting at a deli in Copaigue. The incident was reported on Saturday around 6pm inside the La Vaquita Corp. deli. The deli owner and two others are in stable condition at local hospitals. Police didn't release the name of the homicide victim. The arraignment is pending. Ongoing investigation.
