The first step for pot in public

This is from the state health official, "New Yorkers are permitted to smoke pot in public wherever smoking tobacco is allowed as long as it's 3 ounce or less". There will be no enforcement with no questions asked and if people complains, well...hmmm! This is from the NYPD Commissioner, "Now it's not going to be a police matter and that's troubling... I don't know what we're going to be telling New Yorkers when they call up and say there's people smoking in front of my house..." Dispensaries and other process are not going to be established until the third year statewide. The date set is April 1, 2022. And, and, and NY will automatically expunge convictions and bar police from stopping cars based on smelling weed. The age is 21 and older. ENJOY.
