The NY governor signed the bill legalizing recreational adult-use marijuana in New York. The governor's office is now getting ready to set up the next step which is money, money, money, i.e. how much to spend to get back how much which will be ten-fold. Then the hiring of manpower for statewide followed by locals. Then the rules and regulations. Then the training for aspiring people who want pot. Then the launch schedule possibly ribbon cutting and the governor smiling for the press just like RONA. Then the enforcement crew takes over and operates as usual with vapes. The start will be legalization of up to 3 ounces of pot outside.
