That much feet away to protest plan in NY

The NY governor announced a plan for protests to be 25 feet away from the property line for all but met with criticism especially from the far left activists.
This came after a protest in Kew Garden Hills where protesters chanted pro-Hamas slogans outside a synagogue where a real estate event was conducted.
While one side says that insurrection is always caused by Republicans, NYC will continue with more protests coming this summer with plenty of activities for all to involve. The governor's office says a decision will be made later this year but held until the November election. Until then the governor and mayor are advising peaceful protests and letting the NYPD deal with the issues at those events.
The NYPD under the current commissioner will be briefed of new protests coming this summer.
NY is one of the pro protest states for all who mainly survive on food with chants daytime with no jobs. The local activists have reached out to McDonald's and Krispy Kreme for food but they declined.
