Brooklyn’s Grand Prospect Hall has closed their doors for good and sold the lot for $22.5 million. Halkias family has been very close to mine since my generation set foot in Brooklyn from Siberia. They were famous for promoting only one commercial without changing. For more than 35 years, people had their weddings in their hall which they cherished a lifetime. They will be missed.
