One long afternoon for Cross Island Parkway northbound

First, police received a call for a gas leak from a vehicle on the Cross Island Parkway northbound by Northern Blvd around 2pm. Then 2 calls for disabled vehicles. Then 2 more calls for multiple vehicle accidents. By 4:30pm, traffic delays on the parkway finally started moving forth.
