Suspicious device found on Northern Blvd

Police are reporting of a suspicious device found in the parking lot of TD Bank in Elmhurst.

This is on the corner of Northern Blvd and Junction Blvd. Heavy delays on Northern Blvd.

Junction Blvd closed at the north side by the bank. Ongoing investigation.
