Multiple vehicles with flat tires on LIE

Long Island Expressway westbound at Kissena Blvd reporting multiple vehicles with flat tires. This is due to road milled pending pavement.

More than 15 vehicles are disabled on the expressway awaiting tow trucks.

Heavy delays and police are flashing lights advising all to drive slow. Right lane closed.
