Suspect wanted for shooting busted in Queens Village

Police were on manhunt chasing a suspect wanted for recent shooting. After investigation, police tracked a Nissan Murano for carjacking on the Cross Island Parkway service road near Jamaica Avenue. After tracking the vehicle, chase started leading to 118th Avenue where the vehicle was stopped. Police arrested the suspect and another male after finding them on foot while escaping from the vehicle. A female inside the vehicle reported as the victim kidnapped at gunpoint while in the same vehicle is safe. The main suspect male, black, 26 is transported to a local precinct. It happened on September 17 around 10:45pm. The investigation continues.
