NYC Health Dept moved to food cart vendors

With NYS and NYC sheriffs taking over eateries, the city's health dept is focusing on food cart vendors in the streets. More than 12 street vendors were shut down for code violations and were removed from the locations. The health codes range from unprepared to sanitary conditions complained by people. At the same time, NYPD's NCO can report to the health inspector of violations if complaints are received forth. The city is in a massive clean up process after garbage pile up reported in certain locations. The street vendors are responsible for the garbage and has to dispose on their own to the assigned private carting for pick-ups.
