Suspect wanted for attempted murder in NYC

The NYPD released surveillance pictures and details of a suspect wanted for attempted murder of a police officer in NYC.

The incident was reported on June 29 in Brooklyn after a hit and run. The suspect took off on foot and police tracked him down at an undisclosed location. This is when bullets are fired by the suspect toward one of the officers. The officer was not struck.

The surveillance pictures released stated the suspect frequents at a deli in Astoria.

Police are on patrol tracking down the suspect's whereabouts in that Queens vicinity.
