Suspect wanted for assault one individual discharged multiple rounds striking victim and second individual slashed the victim in the face

On 9/22/24 NYPD 75th Precinct reported a 26-yr-old victim was at Fulton St & Elton St when he was approached by two unknown individuals.

One individual discharged multiple rounds striking the victim & a second individual slashed the victim in the face.
