Suspect on the hunt for robbing a church going woman in Bayside

The NYPD reported a 60 year old victim was robbed after leaving church in Bayside. The incident was reported on December 5 afternoon. This is in the vicinity of 215th Place and 35th Avenue. Police described the suspect as male, black who took off on foot with the victim's purse. EMS reported the victim was kicked in the back and legs before pushing her to the ground. She was taken to a local hospital now in stable condition.

Since then police have been patrolling the area searching for the suspect.
