Suspect in police officer shooting is in custody

Police have arrested 22 year old Devin Spraggins from the Bronx. He is charged with attempted murder of a police officer. The rookie officer who he shot on Wednesday, April 5th in Jamaica Queens underwent surgery and is expected to be released from the hospital next week.
