Suspect in custody after robbery in Nassau County

The NCPD reported a suspect robbed the local Wendy's in Baldwin. This is on 690 Sunrise Highway in Nassau County. The incident was reported around 2:30pm this afternoon.

Police tracked the suspect to hiding behind a home and was arrested.

There were no injuries to workers or customers at the eatery.

Ongoing investigation.
