Suffolk County is keeping cops busy

On November 1st, a dispute turned into stabbing in Bay Shore. This is on N Clinton Avenue which occurred around 11:30pm. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital.

The same time, Bohemia reported carjacking on Veterans Memorial Highway near Lakeland Avenue. Police tracked the vehicle and pursuit started with the chopper assisting with the search. By 1am, cops apprehended one suspect in custody. Two are outstanding.

In Islip last night around 2am, police were called to Commack Road near the Sunrise Highway overpass reporting illegal car racing. All drivers took off resulting in one vehicle on fire, multiple crashes toward parked vehicles. So far no arrests.

All incidents are under investigation.
