Subway surfer in critical condition in Jackson Heights

Police are in Jackson Heights reporting a subway surfer atop the train fell in between cars. This is by 74th Street Roosevelt Avenue station vicinity. ESU removed the teen and EMS is working to transport to a local hospital. Delays for all trains in both directions.
