Strong arm robberies while distracting victims rising in Queens

Yesterday around 9pm, a victim was robbed on Jewel Avenue by 108th Street by a suspect, male, black. Police stated the suspect asked for direction when the strong arm robbery took place in Kew Garden Hills.

Police also released surveillance pictures of two suspects who robbed a victim in Corona.

The incident was reported on July 20 around 1am on 104th Street near 43rd Avenue. One of the suspects asked for directions while the other suspect grabbed the victim and robbed.

Jackson Heights reported the most incidents since last weekend followed by Flushing and Ridgewood.
