Store worker slashed in Kew Gardens

Police reported a store worker was slashed in Kew Gardens. This is at the CVS store on Queens Blvd and 108th Street by the subway station in Kew Gardens. A suspect entered the store and was seen walking out with items by not paying. The worker confronted and was slashed.

Last seen fleeing to the same subway path next to the store.

The suspect is male, black wearing a black hat, green jacket and a backpack. EMS is working on the scene. Ongoing investigation.
