Government system is working well in NYC

42% of residents living in public housing have not paid rent as of November 2021. That's almost 70,000 people. 31,000 are already facing eviction after being filed by NYCHA.

This is after the NY Governor decided not to extend the eviction mortarium from the pandemic.

There were protests all over the city then and now in peril.

According to NYCHA's General Counsel had this quote,

“We want to make sure that we are pursuing evictions as a matter of last resort.”

The most popular president's $40 billion pledge is now delayed due to the upcoming election.

At the same time every resident applied for ERAP for rent assistance and no one, nada received any reimbursements.

NYCHA residents are contacting their local elected representatives but they are busy with redistricting maps for the upcoming midterm elections. Now that the vaxx mandates are not selling to the media, the next subject is all about public benefits.

As of now, 67% of Democrat voters are on public assistance, an increase from 62% last year. The goal is over 70% to keep NY under Democrat power. Since the pandemic, NY received over $250 billion fed bailouts and now seeking more after funds dried out. More funding needed for gun violence from interrupters to community programs instead of policing alone.
