Stolen auto to shots fired investigation in Massapequa Park

The NCPD reported a grand larceny investigation that occurred around 3am last night in Massapeua Park, Nassau County.

According to detectives, Officers responded to a location on Pacific Street for a report of a stolen vehicle. The owner of a 2019 Dodge Challenger observed via his home video surveillance system that his vehicle was being pushed out of his driveway. The victim left his residence in his pickup truck and subsequently located his stolen vehicle and several suspects in close proximity to his house. The victim was involved in a collision with the suspects dark colored BMW and the suspects were able to flee the scene after gunshots erupted. The 2019 Dodge Challenger vehicle was recovered.

EMS reported no injuries. Police are now on the search for the suspects.
