Step Three Resume aggressive panhandling in Glen Oaks

On Sunday, August 20, the same panhandler was seen in the parking lot of Glen Oaks Shopping Center harassing people for money. NYPD only drives around inside the parking lot harassing people sitting inside vehicles and not anyone outside after questioning some of the cops. They hinted people sitting in the vehicle are easier to target for issuing tickets for open bottle. As for aggressive panhandlers, as long as they are not physically harming, there is nothing can be done.
