On Saturday, August 19 in the afternoon, residents of Glen Oaks called 911 reporting an aggressive panhandler harassing people on Little Neck Parkway and Union Turnpike. Police then reported for EMS due to EDP status. The male was taken to a local hospital for observation. Then he disappeared.
