State police arrest Fabius woman for petit larceny

On May 7, 2025, State Police responded to the Kinney Drugs located at 596 Route 11 in the town of Tully, Onondaga County, for a petit larceny complaint.

Investigation and review of security camera footage revealed that a woman, known to the store manager, intentionally passed all points of sale with items in her cart that she did not pay for.

Following investigation, State Police arrested Katherine Lee, age 59, from Apulia Station, NY. Lee was transported to SP Lysander where she was charged with PETIT LARCENY, a class A misdemeanor.
