State Police execute search warrant in Syracuse two arrested on drug charges

On May 27, 2026, members of the New York State Police North Syracuse, K9 Unit, and the Troop D Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (VGNET), executed a search warrant at 458 South Main Street, Apartment 4, in the village of North Syracuse.

 

During the execution of the warrant, investigators located and seized approximately:

20 grams of crystal methamphetamine

1 gram of cocaine

1 gram of crack cocaine

A digital scale containing residue

Packaging materials commonly associated with narcotics distribution

Martin A. Guerrero, age 56, of North Syracuse, NY, was arrested and charged with:

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class B Felony)

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree (Class C Felony)

Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree (Class A Misdemeanor)

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (Class A Misdemeanor)

Frederick J. Crimmins, age 40, from Syracuse, NY, was arrested and charged with:

2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (Class A Misdemeanor)

Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree (Class A Misdemeanor)

Guerrero was transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center pending centralized arraignment.

Crimmins was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Clay Court on June 09, 2026 at 05:00 p.m.
