State Police arrest two following burglary investigation

On March 12, 2025, State Police of Princetown arrested Johnnie D. Brown, 33, of Wright, NY, for Burglary in the third degree, Grand Larceny in the fourth degree, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fourth degree.

Amanda J. Yedowitz, 34, of Central Bridge, NY, was also arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fourth degree.

On March 10, 2025, at about 7:58 p.m., Troopers received a complaint of a past Burglary in Blenheim, NY. The investigation determined Brown had allegedly entered the vacant property without permission or authorization and stole multiple items.

The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant on March 12, 2025, at Brown’s home in Wright, NY, where they located and seized multiple stolen items that had been taken during the Burglary. Yedowitz was present at the time of the search and allegedly was aware the property was stolen.
