State Police arrest two following Argyle vehicle break in

On June 20, 2024, State Police of Greenwich arrested Reagan R. Moon, 43, of Gansevoort, NY, for Criminal Mischief in the second degree, Grand Larceny in the fourth degree, Aggravated Family Offence, Criminal Contempt in the second degree, and Conspiracy in the fifth degree.

On March 18, 2025, Lynette T. Cameron, 39, of Lake George, NY, was also arrested for Grand Larceny in the fourth degree and Conspiracy in the fifth degree.

On May 25, 2024, at about 5:34 p.m., Troopers were contacted by a Washington County man reporting a past-occurring theft.  The investigation determined on May 23, 2024, Moon and Cameron reportedly worked together to break into the victim’s vehicle, which was parked on Elm Street in Argyle, NY, and took items.  During the crime, significant damage was done to the vehicle.  The incident occurred while an active court issued stay away order of protection was in place against Moon, listing Cameron as the protected party.  Moon also has a previous conviction of Criminal Contempt due to a previous order of protection violation within the last five years.

Moon was arrested at his Gansevoort home and transported to SP Greenwich for processing. He was then turned over to the Washington County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.

Cameron was uncooperative and a warrant was issued for her arrest as a result of this investigation. With the assistance of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office she was located and arrested in Ballston Spa, NY and then transported to SP Greenwich for processing. Cameron was arraigned at the Washington County Centralized Arraignment Part Court where she was released on her own recognizance.
