State Police arrest following the traffic stop of a vehicle reported stolen

On March 18, 2025, State Police of the Troop G Community Stabilization Unit (CSU) arrested Madison C. Crall, 27, of Burnt Hills, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Stolen Property in the fourth degree and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree.

Thomas L. Bishop, 38, of Cohoes, NY, was also arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fourth degree.

On March 18, 2025, at about 2:00 p.m., Troopers stopped a vehicle on Congress Street in Cohoes, NY. The vehicle had been reported stolen from Albany, NY, on March 17, 2025. The driver was identified as Crall, and the passenger was identified as Bishop. Both were taken into custody, and the vehicle was seized. Crall was found to possess multiple controlled substances.
