State Police arrest West Seneca man for possession of child sexual abuse material

On February 24, 2026, State Police arrested Randolph Volino, 46, of West Seneca, NY, and charged him with one count of promoting a sexual performance by a child, a class D felony, and one count of possession of a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony. The arrest followed an investigation by the New York State Police Clarence BCI – Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.Volino was arraigned in West Seneca Town Court and ordered held at the Erie County Jail on $50,000 bail.

The mission of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) is to identify individuals online who are attempting to lure children to meet for sex, or those disseminating child sexual abuse material. The ICAC program helps state and local law enforcement agencies develop an effective response to technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation and internet crimes against children.
