State Police arrest Watervliet man following larceny investigation

On September 15, 2026, State Police of Latham arrested Orquis M. Milan Rosario, 24, of Watervliet, NY, for:

Grand Larceny 3rd, a class “D” felony

Identity Theft 1st, a class “D” felony

Numerous vehicle and traffic law violations

On August 24, 2026, at about 4:32 p.m., Troopers received a complaint from an Albany County business reporting that an individual was using the business’s credit card without authorization. The investigation determined that Milan Rosario allegedly used the stolen credit card numerous times without authorization in July and August 2026. His actions reportedly resulted in the collective theft of more than $3,000. Milan Rosario has no known connection with the business. During the investigation, investigators recovered numerous items that Milan Rosario allegedly purchased with the stolen credit card at his residence.
