State Police arrest Vermont woman following a crash of a stolen vehicle

On December 22, 2024, State Police of Queensbury arrested Nichol L. Frost, 29, of Bellow Falls, VT, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fourth degree and Criminal Impersonation in the second degree.

On December 22, 2024, at about 9:34 a.m. Troopers responded to the area of State Route 149 in Queensbury, NY, for the reports of a one-car crash off the roadway. Frost was located uninjured in the vehicle.  Further investigation determined the vehicle had been reported stolen on December 21, 2024, from Brattleboro, VT. During the investigation, Frost provided false identifying information.  The vehicle was seized and will be returned to the owner.  

Frost was arrested and transported to SP Queensbury for processing. She was then arraigned at the Warren County Centralized Arraignment Part Court, where Frost was remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash, $3,000 bond, or a $5,000 partially secured bond.
