On December 13, 2024, Troopers received complaints of multiple vehicle break-ins in Sand Lake, NY.  The investigation discovered that items, including credit cards, had been stolen from various vehicles overnight. During further investigation, it was found that an individual, later identified as Lindh, had been attempting to use the stolen credit cards in East Greenbush, NY. Troopers located Lindh walking in the area where the credit card was last attempted, where he was taken into custody. When arrested, Lindh was found to possess property allegedly stolen during the earlier vehicle break-ins, including multiple stolen credit cards, in addition, he possessed multiple glass smoking devices containing drug residue. Lindh was uncooperative with the investigation.

Further investigation discovered some of the property Lindh possessed at his time of arrest had been reportedly stolen from a vehicle in East Greenbush, NY, during the overnight hours of December 11, 2024, into December 12, 2024.
